Ketubah Time Frame
Once we receive your Ketubah Order Form, we will provide you with a proof date and an estimated shipping date. The production of your ketubah typically takes about one to two weeks from the assigned proof date. If your wedding is less than three weeks away, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order. 

Order Form
Before submitting your order form, please ensure that your rabbi or officiant has approved your text choice and confirmed that all the information is correct. Any incorrect information or changes to your order after submission may delay your proof and can be subject to additional charges. Please double-check your order form before submitting it.

A rabbi form is required only if you are selecting conservative or orthodox text. It is best to submit both the rabbi form and the order form together. However, if your rabbi will be sending the rabbi form directly to us, please let us know who the recipient is and submit your online ketubah order form in advance.

Payment
There are two options for purchasing your personalized ketubah. You can either buy it directly from our website and then submit your order form, or you can submit your order form first, and we will create a custom reserved listing for you. If you would like to include custom text, make specific edits to our existing texts, or have any other special requests, we recommend submitting your order form first. If your order requires priority scheduling or express shipping, please submit your order form before placing your ketubah order.

Ketubah Proof
When your digital ketubah proof is ready, we will email you a link. We recommend that you have your rabbi or officiant review the personalized sections of your ketubah proof. The proof is to correct any typographical or content errors in the personalized sections of your ketubah based on the information you provided on your order form. Please ensure all information is accurate before your proof date, as any substantive changes to your ketubah proof may incur an additional charge. Any modifications to our standard texts, including preferences for grammar, punctuation, words, or phrases, are considered custom edits and must be approved and paid for before your proof date.

Shipping
Once you approve your proof, we will print and ship your ketubah. Please note that we will not begin printing until we receive your final approval. It is the client’s responsibility to identify and report any errors before the printing process starts. 

Ketubah prints are shipped flat with white foam core backing. The ketubah is not matted or framed, but it does come secured to foam core, which you can use for display at the wedding ceremony. Your ketubah order includes an archival pen for signing. The pen’s ink color will depend on the background color and the type of paper you have selected.

Paper Samples
If time permits, you can purchase printed ketubah paper samples for $25.00. The samples include cotton, washi, bookcloth, and metallic papers. To order paper samples, please email us and specify the background colors you would like to see printed.
